The service was weird - our apps came out super fast, but our soup dumplings came out much later, like 20 minutes or longer.

And the soup dumplings were meh - no flavor, rubbery pork. The whole meal was meh - Noodles were fine, glazed shrimp were okay. Chicken satay was still very good. All in all, disappointing and not what we have come to expect.

On the plus side, plenty of outdoor dining available and the partially enclosed space with heat lamps was very convenient, warm and felt safe. I rarely if ever post a negative review so please get back to Pre- Covid quality.

Antonio was a super star. Food was consistent and excellent Service was impeccable. For old age traditional food and service may command the higher price for food. Chow's is always a treat with more than enough delicious food!! We could do with out the loud music as it is always difficult to carry on a conversation. Nonetheless we keep coming back. Mr chow is never a hit a miss. You always going to get the best service wherever location you go.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We let the menu for the captain and all the choices were phenomenal. Beijing duck at the end was crispy and juice, perfect! Everybody enjoyed the evening. No point in wearing a mask with your entire nose sticking out. That was offensive and unsafe. Crispy beef which I order quite often was a lot of crispy left overs and hardly any beef. Over priced. Gamblers duck and glazed shrimp with walnuts well prepared and delicious. The other dishes average-especially the crab claw which was overcooked and dull especially at Nice to experience once or for big celebrations.

I am never disappointed. Food was excellent as always. Dishes were room temperature when brought to table. After 9pm the music gets loud. Service fantastic. Chow never disappoints.

The service, the food, the champagne trolly, it's all fantastic. Definitely one of my favorites, we always stop in when in NY or Miami. We always order the 2-course meal for two with shrimp fried rice. The green prawns are the best, also love the lobster shumai. Pricey but worth it for a treat. The best Peking Duck. Outstanding food snd service. Miguel the manager is fabulous. Best Chinese food and service n town! Overall good place… would return again to eat here. Atmosphere very nice. The staff was amazing food was awesome would definitely go back and take the whole family.

Food was particularly bad. Duck was chalk dry and soup dumplings cold and bland. So good, this place is a classic that never disappoints! One of the best! The service was exceptional. I have had better takeout Chinese I hate to say. Table was ready soon after we arrived. Food and service are always excellent. I have been before and it has been outstanding but this time the food, specially the lobster pasta, sole and duck were not hot and tasted okay. Lettuce wraps, shrimp, spicy chicken were outstanding. The food was not fresh and very salty. Definitely off their game..
